2. Eligibility and Account

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all account activity.
• You must not share OTPs, credentials, or subscription access with others.

3. Service Scope

The Services include mock tests, question banks, performance analytics, and educational content. We may add, modify, or discontinue features without prior notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute test content without authorization.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to misuse the platform.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, bypass security, or disrupt Services.
• Engage in cheating, impersonation, abusive conduct, or illegal activity.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

• Paid plans are billed as shown at checkout.
• Taxes, if applicable, may be charged in addition to listed prices.
• Access to paid features may be suspended for failed or disputed payments.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including tests, text, images, solutions, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to VTT. No rights are granted except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

7. Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" and for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee exam outcomes, ranks, admissions, or job results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VTT is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or pose security risks.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of your operating jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved through competent courts/tribunals as required by local law.
