This policy applies to paid subscriptions, test packs, and digital course services purchased through VTT.
2. General Rule
Because our products are digital and provide immediate access, purchases are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
3. Eligible Refund Cases
Refund requests may be considered in limited cases such as:
- Duplicate payment for the same order.
- Failed transaction where amount was charged but access was not granted.
- Technical failure on our side that prevents access for an extended period.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
- Partial usage, completed tests, or consumed study content.
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Incompatibility due to user device, network, or third-party app limitations.
- Violation of Terms of Service, policy abuse, or fraudulent activity.
5. Request Window and Process
- Submit refund requests within 7 calendar days from the transaction date.
- Email vardantechltd@gmail.com with registered mobile/email, transaction ID, date, amount, and issue details.
- We may request additional verification before approving refunds.
6. Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days. Final credit time depends on your bank/payment provider.
7. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel auto-renewal any time before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period.

We may update this policy at any time. Updated versions become effective when posted on this page.
